I know, I know... look at it this way - St. Jude received almost $300 in donations and Locks of Love is receiving 11 inches of hair. Not too shabby, I'd say.

And I can grow my hair back.

While last year's $150 was more than St. Jude had when I started, it wasn't the $3,000 I was hoping for. I don't give up easily though, so here we are! Like... Dave
Starting today, January 1st, and running through June 25th I'm hoping you can spare a few dollars for St. Jude. As anyone familiar with St. Jude knows, they research treatment methods for children with cancer and other diseases as well as provide services for children at their facilities.

I have to go about this fundraiser in a roundabout manner - I will not be collecting money directly. Instead, I ask that you visit the St. Jude website and hit up their donation page to make a donation. Review their donation options and donate!

If you would like your donation to be added to the tally, then do the following:

- Open the confirmation email you receive from St. Jude.
- Forward the email to donations@cutdaveshair.com.
- Before clicking on send, remove your payment method, address, and phone number.
- Indicate to me whether you would like to be recognized anonymously or have your name posted here. If you decide to have your name posted here, include how you would like it displayed.
- Click send.

With your help, I hope to reach my goal and fill that meter up all the way to the top!

LIKE LAST YEAR, THERE'S MORE!

The last haircut I had was right before my high school graduation in 1996. I love my hair and can't really imagine myself with short hair again.

BUT.

If we hit $3,000 by June 25th, I will park myself in a chair and have my pony tail cut off to be donated to Locks of Love so that it can be put to better use than hanging off of my head.
